1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "777be", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to 777be.asia and its operating entity, the internationally licensed online gaming operator that provides the services described herein.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who registers an account and uses 777be services.
• "Account" means the registered player profile maintained on 777be, including the associated wallet balance, transaction history, and personal information.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 777be, logging into an existing account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the 777be platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of 777be and close your account by contacting customer support.

These Terms & Conditions apply alongside the 777be Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 777be. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. 777be reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. 777be bears no liability for issues arising from outdated contact information, including missed communications regarding account status, verification requests, or promotional notifications.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Account registration is open only to individuals aged 21 years or above.
• Corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register player accounts.
• Employees of 777be and its affiliated entities are prohibited from holding player accounts.

4. Age Verification & Eligibility

777be operates an age verification programme as part of its KYC process. All players will be required to provide government-issued identification — such as a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence — to confirm age and identity before withdrawal requests are processed and, in certain cases, before continued play is permitted.

Players who attempt to circumvent the age verification process, provide false identification, or misrepresent their age in any way will have their account permanently closed and may be reported to relevant authorities. Any funds held in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

It is the responsibility of account holders to ensure that no person under the age of 21 gains access to their 777be account. Players are advised to use the account security features, including strong passwords and two-factor authentication, to prevent unauthorised access.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777be login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

777be will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to request your password should be reported to 777be support immediately as it may represent a phishing attempt.

In the event of suspected unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 777be customer support immediately. 777be reserves the right to suspend account access pending investigation of any suspected security breach.

777be bears no liability for losses resulting from account access granted — intentionally or negligently — by the account holder to a third party.

6. Deposits & Payments

777be accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL online banking, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the 777be cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. 777be reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Any deposit made from a payment method not registered to the account holder may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
• 777be does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which 777be bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited to the 777be account immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. Delays caused by the payment provider are outside 777be's control.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of Real Money Funds. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a review period during which 777be verifies the request against account activity, KYC status, and applicable security checks. Processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Typically within 24 hours of approval.
• Bank Transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank): Typically within 1–3 business days of approval.
• Additional processing time may apply where KYC documentation has not been fully verified.

777be reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed full KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held until the verification process is complete.

Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the player's own name will not be processed. Such requests will be returned to the originating account and the player will be notified to submit a valid withdrawal request.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 777be are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of any inconsistency, the specific promotion terms shall prevail over this clause, and this clause shall prevail over any promotional marketing material.

General Bonus Rules applicable to all 777be promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players with verified accounts who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the individual promotion.
• One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, per promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire upon the deadline if requirements remain unmet.
• The minimum odds or game contribution rates applicable to wagering requirements are specified in individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports may contribute at a reduced rate.
• 777be reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is identified.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

9. Game Rules & Betting Conduct

All games available on 777be are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for reviewing game rules prior to play. 777be accepts no liability for wagers placed based on a misunderstanding of game rules.

Sports betting markets are governed by the betting rules published within the 777be sportsbook at the time the bet is placed. Settlement of bets is based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body of the sport.

• 777be reserves the right to void any wager placed under erroneous odds, technical errors, or obvious pricing mistakes.
• In the event of a disputed result in live casino, the decision of 777be's gaming provider and the recorded stream data shall be final.
• Wagers placed after the close of a market or event — whether due to latency, network issues, or any other technical factor — may be voided at 777be's discretion.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777be and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the 777be platform.

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption relating to sporting events offered on the 777be sportsbook.
• Collusion between players in any game format offered on 777be.
• Providing false personal information, forged documents, or misrepresenting identity or age during registration or KYC verification.

11. Responsible Gaming

777be provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through the player account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount that can be deposited to your 777be account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum net loss permitted over a defined period.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777be platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, interface design, trademarks, logos, text, data, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 777be or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use 777be solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or public display of any 777be content.

The 777be name, logo, and brand identity may not be used in any form without express written authorisation from 777be. Unauthorised use of 777be intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

13. Limitation of Liability

777be does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. In no event shall 777be's aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

14. Amendments to These Terms

777be reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777be will notify registered players via the email address on their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or updates to reflect changes in applicable law — may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of 777be after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of 777be and contact support to close your account and withdraw any available balance.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

777be operates under an international online gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777be holds its operating licence. Players access 777be on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through 777be's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of 777be's licensing jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

777be commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 business days. Where an issue cannot be resolved within that period, 777be will communicate the reasons for the delay and provide an updated resolution timeline.

Players who remain dissatisfied following completion of 777be's internal dispute resolution process may escalate the complaint to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body designated by 777be's licensing authority.
